This new build eco home is located on the outskirts of Dolphinholme Village. The house was constructed using timber frame construction with very high levels of insulation, integrated Air Source Heat Pump, photovoltaic panels, triple glazing and Mechanical Heat Recovery System.

The design had to consider the root protection zone of a very mature Oak Tree and a sloping site.
